First up, the Pottery Barn Sofa York with square arms and a slipcover. I absolutely love the fabric, the Performance Heathered Tweed in Indigo has such a beautiful, rich texture. However, I made the mistake of opting for the high-performance contract-grade cushions instead of the down-filled ones. The result? The cushions are incredibly firm, almost uncomfortably so. While the fabric itself is a win, the firmness of the cushions definitely takes away from the overall comfort. Lesson learned!
Comparing Comfort: Pottery Barn Balboa vs. Pottery Barn Gideon Swivel Chairs
Next, let’s compare two of my favorite swivel chairs. First, the Pottery Barn Balboa Swivel Chair in Performance Heathered Tweed Ivory, hands down, I absolutely love this chair! The fabric is soft yet durable, and the comfort is next-level. Then, there’s the Pottery Barn Gideon Swivel Chair in Chambray Performance Heathered Basket Weave. The fabric and overall look of this chair are fantastic, but it’s not the best option for taller people. That said, it still works for me, and if I had to choose between the two, the Balboa would win every time, thanks to its incredible comfort.

The Pottery Barn Pearce Sectional in Sunbrella Performance Slub Tweed in Pebble has been a favorite of mine for almost six years now, and it’s still going strong. The fabric has held up incredibly well over time, making it a reliable choice for both comfort and durability. This sectional is hands-down my favorite spot to relax, whether I’m watching TV or curling up next to the fireplace, it’s the perfect place to unwind.

As for my World Market Amolea Wood and Rattan Counter Stools, these are finally back in stock, and I can’t recommend them enough. They’re affordable, sturdy, and super easy to clean, perfect for kids. Plus, they’re incredibly comfortable and well-made, making them a solid choice for any kitchen.

The gray Rowe Sylvie 88” Slipcovered Sofa in our living room has been a game-changer. I love the bench seat, and the cushions are the perfect balance of cozy and supportive, you really sink right in without losing support. We bought it locally, but it’s also available on Wayfair in a different fabric. It’s a great piece that blends comfort and style effortlessly.
